Q. I am on tight budget but I absolutely need a camcorder between $100 and $150. My local store only has expensive one.I need for a wedding in 2 weeks Thx.
A. For that low budget I will advise you to get the Kodak Zi8 Pocket Video . It is perfect for what you need, upgradable and affordable.

Does a Kodak Zi8 have a tripod that will work for it?
Q. Along with my other question,(LOOKING FOR A CAMCORDER) does the Kodak Zi8 come with a tripod because I need to be able to set it down and not have it tip over on me like my ipod.
A. The Kodak Zi8 has a threaded tripod port under the camera. You can use any tripod with a standard 1/4"-20 threaded post. Some camcorders are sold as a packaged deal and it may include a tripod and other accessories. But Kodak doesn't package a tripod with it's cams.
