Q. i have a canon vixia hfr10. when i set the rate to 24, 30 or 60 frames per second. when i import it to my laptop, it remains 30...no matter what i set it to.is there a reason why? i mean...you probably cant help me since...its the hardware or something but..any suggestions why (if possible, a fix for it) would be appreciated. thank you
I use Adobe After Effects. it can handle pretty much every frame rate that exist
in importing...i right clicked the file click copy. when to my folder and then hit control v (paste)

A. You did not tell us how you are "importing to your laptop". It is likely the video editor you are using can only do 30 fps - but we have no way to know.
Camcorder under $500 with 24 fps and 60 fps(in addition to 29.97)?
Q. Just wondering as I am looking for a camcorder with good slow motion
