A. Check out Amazon.com I have seen some on there for 30-50 dollars cheaper.

A. Chances are there is no such thing as an HD camera under $100. I'm amusing that the camera will be used for vlogging. The Canon Powershot S100 is very popular, and is very impressive. It might not be in your price range but I hope I helped.
