if not link me to one

A. Luckily, I just purchased myself a new digital camcorder, so although I did end up spending above your budget, I've looked through my fare share of camcorders during my search. I have a few in mind that fit your $100 budget, but don't offer the HD quality you're looking for. This iSonic camcorder is priced above $100, but only by a few bucks, http://www.digitalimaginghq.com/isonic-hd50-black-flash-memory-digital-camcorder.html This camcorder offers the HD recording you wanted, a MPEG-4 lens digital zoom and is sleek and slender so it's great for throwing in your backpack. I know my suggestion on here may be your first, but once you gather all those digital camcorders that are suggested to you, I would compare the functions with each and you are sure to find the right one for you.

Does anyone know of a camcorder that fits this description?

Q. Does anyone know of a camcorder that fits this description?
My little brother wants a camcorder. He's not looking for anything super HD or anything and doesn't want to spend more than $100. Does anyone have any personal experience that can show me some decent camcorders under $100 (preferably more around $70-$80)? Any help you can give would be amazing!

I'm asking for specific camcorders, not a general answer.

A. http://www.amazon.com/Kodak-Zi6-Pocket-Video-Camera/dp/B001BO7R00/ref=sr_1_16?ie=UTF8&qid=1303940635&sr=8-16

this is $99 but it's a great value for the videos

What's the difference between a digital camcorder and a flash memory camcorder?
Q. I'm looking to buy my first camcorder, I want to get a good quality one under $100, but I keep seeing a variety of digital and flash memory camcorders. I really would like to know the difference and what each does. Thanks!

A. "Digital" mean the captured video is stored as digital information. A series of zeroes and ones that ultimately make the video image recording you can see. The digital storage media can be digital tape (Digital8, miniDV, and several others), flash memory (SD, SDHC, Compact flash, and others), hard disc drive, DVD (don't ever buy these) and even external memory storage options.

Any of the camcorders that use any of the above storage media are considered "digital".

If a camcorder is specifically defined as using flash memory, that means it can use built-in solid-state memory or removable memory cards (SD, SDHC, compact flash, P2 cards, etc.)

A flash memory camcorder is always "digital". Not all Digital camcorders are flash memory based.

A camcorder under $100 will usually be a pocket cam. Small lens and small imaging chip make good low light video capture impossible. They usually have poor audio capabilities (no manual audio control; no external mic jack) and the video they capture is VERY compressed. If the lighting is good (bright, nice, daylight, sunlight) and the audio source is neither too loud nor too soft, then the pocket cam is a decent way to go. But chances are high you will not always get to capture video under perfect conditions...

Where can i get a flip ultra hd camcorder for a low price?

Q. I am looking for a FLIP ULTRA HD camcorder for under $100. It does not matter if its a store or website. If a website, there needs to be a return policy. Thanks :).

A. Check out Amazon.com I have seen some on there for 30-50 dollars cheaper.

What features should a camcorder have if you want to upload high quality videos to youtube?
Q. I'm looking to buy a camcorder on tmart.com but I don't know what feature it should have to make my videos hd and nice looking. Also I want it to be under $100.

A. Chances are there is no such thing as an HD camera under $100. I'm amusing that the camera will be used for vlogging. The Canon Powershot S100 is very popular, and is very impressive. It might not be in your price range but I hope I helped.
