Q. My camcorder has no audio input jack, and i would really like to use an external mic to get great audio for my movies. How can i do this?
A. you could do it the old-fashioned way and just have two separate devices, one for video and one for audio. other than that i cant really think of anything
How do I connect my camcorder to my computer?
Q. I have a RCA CC6272 camcorder w/audio and video jacks. I'm trying to connect it to my computer through a eGforce 7900 GS video card. The card came with a cable that connects to the s-video jack on the card and has 4 connectors coming off of it, one's another s-video jack, and 3 are labeled "PT OUT"(red), "Y (or "V") OUT"(green) and "Pb/COM OUT"(blue). Do any of these connect to my camcorders video and audio jacks and if so, which ones? Then how do I get my computer to recognize that the camcorder is connected? I have Windows Movie Maker installed and was hoping to make my home movies into DVDs. Any help is appreciated.
A. You want to connect a cams output to the video cards output? Yeah, that should work.
