Q. I don't care if it's second-hand, I don't care if it's digital or analog, I don't care how many mega-pixals or what resolution (?) it is... I'm pretty clueless about all that stuff, anyhow. I just want a camcorder cheap. And not one I have to hook up to a computer, just one that can go on a t.v.
A. If you want truly cheap, and really don't care about resolution, etc. Try ToysRUs The "Vidster Digital Video Camera" goes for $59.99.
It has the option of going to a PC, but it also has an audio/video cord, you can plug that to your VCR, or DVD-Recorder, and record it that way, then clear the memory on the toy camera, and go again.
(This is assuming your in the US {Europe uses different standards}, and that all the advertising for the camera is right.)

Where online can I find a good dvd camcorder?
Q. I am looking for a dvd camcorder online because they are too expensive in stores. I would like a Sony, Panasonic, or Canon one but Ill take whatever works nicely. I cant seem to find one on ebay or Amazon thats in my price range or working. The ones on ebay get up to $300.
Do know of any other site where I can buy nice working camcorders cheap?

A. Nowhere.
There is no such thing as a "good" consumer grade DVD camcorder.
Please adjust your requirements - miniDV tape has best available video quality but your computer requires a firewire port. Flash memory and hard disc drive use USB to transfer the files but you usually need to convert them to a file format your computer can deal with if you want to do any editing.
Consumer DVD based camcorder barely make useful doorstops.
