yes it is a picture camera but i have this camera and use to make short films and i have to say it is a BEAST.
Recording at a 1920 x 1820 quality and FULL HD and still have the functionality of a digital camera is something ive wanted and it has 240 fps SLOW MOTION and also has fish eye effect

Q. I am going to start making youtube videos and wanted to know what was the best video camera to invest in. I keep seeing that everyone is suggesting the flip video cameras, is that really a good video camera? I want the camera to be under $500. Im looking for best quality video camera. Thank you!
A. I suggest the Kodak PlaySport Zx3.
