Q. My camera just stopped working, when i tried to turn it on, a black screen appeared and it beeped a few times then turned itself off. So I was wondering how long Costco's warranty was for digital cameras, i believe i got the camera in about June of last year

Can you get money from Sony if my new camcorder broke during my trip to asia?
Q. The camcorder was recently bought at costco just for this asia trip to cambodia, vietnam and china. Over 2000$ dollars was spent on airplane tickets and the Sony camcorder decides to break, causing us to loose all these precisious memories. Do you guys think we can get our expenses from sony because their product broke on us? Btw the camera was never drop or anything. Thanks
A. No you will get the camcorder fixed or replaced. They are in no way liable for your expenses. Sorry but you have your memories just not video.
