"The following must be returned within 90 days of purchase for a refund: televisions, projectors, computers, cameras, camcorders, touch screen tablets, MP3 players and cellular phones."
I suppose they include laptop among computers.

It says nothing about conditions or limitations, so it doesn't matter if you used it, or even if you're returning it just because you decided you don't like the color.
