I'm thinking of asking for that for Christmas, but I want to know if you can connect that to a laptop. If so, would the cable be included with that camera (or any camcorder for that matter) or would I need to buy my own?
Also I love using photoshop for image editing, but is there an Adobe product for video editing?

A. This camcorder only comes with composite video output so it will only connect to a TV unless you have a video capture card on your laptop which most don't.
To edit the video, you'll need to take the finalized disc from this camcorder to your laptop, rip the files to your hard disk, then use which ever software you are using for video editing.

Q. I'm looking for some software to record video game sessions. I need something that's free, safe and relatively easy to use. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
A. Free? Don't waste your time as I did before. They just doesn't work properly with most games.
