Q. I am looking to buy a new digital camera or pocket camcorder to take videos of bands play at concerts(loud!). I have heard that pocket camcorders are not as good as digital cameras with zoom and quality of video. Which is better and what are some good pocket camcorders and digital cameras to look into purchasing?

Q. I was looking at those little pocket camcorders but I think I'd prefer optical zoom, and image stabilization features, as well as HD quality. What are some good options in the lower price range? Less than 400 possibly?
A. Kodak easyshare M1033 is pretty good is is the best rated on consumer reports for camera . Although it's zoom is nothing too great it makes it up with outstanding 10 mega pixel pictures and HD video. I got mine for $130.
