Is there a way to get video files onto a disc from windows media player?

Q. Let be better state the question, i screwed up. I have a mini sony disc that I took out of my camcorder. Is there anyway I can get the video files off of the disc, burn them to another and upload them to my Itunes. I have tried everything that I have thought of, but maybe someone out there is a tech whiz and can tell me how. Please let me know!!!

A. Aunsoft Final Mate, a great and useful camcorder assistant software, has everything needed to directly capture/backup AVCHD (*.mts, *.m2ts), AVCHD Lite, AVCCAM, NXCAM, TOD, MOD recordings from Hard Disk Drive/SD Card Camcorders to PC, to import, edit and create spectacular movies on a timeline. It is also powerful enough to play/convert native 1080 60p/50p footages and Dolby Digital 5.1 surround.

Powerful timeline-oriented editing features like split/trim video, splice clips, crop, do color correction, deinterlacing, replace audio, adjust volume, etc help you create satisfied film results. Merge/combine avchd (*.mts, *.m2ts), AVCHD Lite, TOD into only one file without any re-encoding or recompression.

Export/convert edited camcorder video to other editors (Sony Vegas, Adobe Premiere, WMM, Pinnacle Studio, etc), media devices (iPad, iPhone4, droid x, nokia n8, galaxy s, hdtv, projector, etc), or common formats (mov, avi, wmv, mp4, mpg, mpeg-2, etc) with the high quality and least amount of clicks. Ultra extreme performance with support for NVIDIA® CUDATM and Intel while encoding.

Someone who knows a really good camcorder That aren't too expensive ?
Q. I blog a lot and i'm gonna start video blogging so i need a really good camcorder but That is pretty cheap.. Someone who have tips ?
What Do you know about this One ? :

Sony Handycam HDR - CX190E

A. it's all personal preff and what your budget is.

canon has a more photo, warmer look.

sony can be a little confusing to use but gets the job done.

others i wouldn't fancy too much.

even with the warm look, if you use an editing software, you can simply look into COLOUR CORRECTION that i'm sure you'd end up using

most important thing aside from your budget, looking into the details of the cam
what it films in: 1980-1440 or 1080-720 or 680-480(screen size)
50p 60i 30p 24p. the higher thee pixel the better the quality. (p is progressive, i is interlaced which isn't really full high definition)
get to know about how well the focus is. manual/auto
as well, what a lot of people forget, is how well it films in low light (i.e night time or a dark area) can always purchase a light for the cam.

hope this helps.
i know i didn't mention any cams, since i don't know your budget i'll allow you to look at decide on your own. it will be YOUR cam
