How do you live stream a camcorder to laptop to be burnt onto a dvd in hd?

Q. Would be using a samsung QF30 wifi full hd camcorder. Just need to know what other parts ill need to make this work

A. HD camcorder's use Hi-Speed USB to upload the files.
I use Windows[tm] Upload Tool/for my Hi-def files.
I use Adobe Premiere Elements 11 to create my edit files.
I use my DSL-modem to upload to YouTube.
