Q. When I hook my jvc mini dv camcorder to my computer, the computer is not acknowleding the device. It didn' t have any software with it, nor does it say anything in the instructions. What do I do to download my video to my computer????
A. Assuming that you've used a firewire connection, the PC won't tell you there's a new device connected. Your video capture app will be able to see it though.

Q. Hi, I've recorded several videos using the Camcorder Shortcut app on my Samsung Galaxy S2 and I can't seem to find where these files are located.

A. i have samsung galaxy s 2 .
go to my files app.
then go to DCIM folder
click camera folder .
scroll down and see that the videos files will have a play sign on their photo.
